Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, submit a prayer request, register for an event, or give online. We do not collect information from you passively beyond standard, anonymised web server logs.

How we use it

• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.
• To process and follow up on prayer requests, with your name shown publicly only if you opt in.
• To confirm event registrations and share relevant event updates.
• To send parish news if you subscribe to the newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To process online giving. Giving transactions are handled through M-Pesa; we store the transaction reference, amount and status, not your M-Pesa PIN or full account details.

Who can see it

Information you submit is only visible to authorised parish staff who manage the website. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Prayer requests are only shown publicly on the prayer wall if you explicitly choose to show them, and are shown without your email address.

Cookies

This site may use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the staff dashboard, and, if enabled, an analytics cookie to understand which pages are helpful to visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete information you've submitted, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time by contacting us using the details below.
